Developed in collaboration with artist and restaurateur Charlotta Janssen, the project involved the relocation and reimagining of her existing café, with Lansberry overseeing zoning coordination, landmark presentation, and the procurement of an outdoor sidewalk café permit.

The design integrates custom hand-painted ceiling murals, establishing a strong visual identity while anchoring the space within its new urban context. The result is a cohesive environment that merges artistic expression with regulatory and spatial considerations, shaping a distinctly site-responsive dining experience.
